Why an orange heart?
We didn’t choose a red heart because red often conveys romance or intensity. It can feel personal in a way that doesn’t quite fit leadership at work. Instead, we chose the orange heart emoji 🧡.
Orange combines the warmth of red with the optimism of yellow, symbolizing encouragement, friendship, and positivity.
In modern use and across social media, the orange heart emoji is often used to represent warmth, care, and platonic connection—energy that inspires without overwhelming.

Founder, Head CoachAfter 20 years in leadership roles where she was often coined as a leader “caring too much” for her team when she was rising up to the executive suite, Coach Lisa now pours her heart and soul into partnering with leaders who are figuring out the balance of crushing goals without crushing souls. She believes that teams can do amazing things in a modern environment when they bring their humanity and personalities to work.
Virtue is also proud of the home life she is building with her family, friends, and pets, whom she prioritizes in life.
